If you hadn't noticed I've started putting up photos from SITACon 2008. You can find them in the SITACon 2008 Gallery. Take a look at them, make some comments.

Well SITACon 2008 has come and gone. We had a great time again this year, it's hard to believe that the first SITACon was two years ago. Come to think about it, it's hard to believe that Caffeinated Lifestyle is two years old now!
I know you're all probably looking for photos. We have them, it'll take sometime to process them so that they can be posted.
Thank you to everyone you showed up and supported SITACon 2008 and our presence there.
CLS (Caffeinated Lifestyle) is looking into sponsoring a new service along with some of our friends. This is a new service we've never offered before. Basically, this service would aid new artists in getting recognition. The concept is kind of like Deviantart on only we take and sell artist works at conventions. We promote your artwork; it sells under the artists’ name. The cost, a buy in on the table for the convention divided among the artist being represented and a small percentage (to be decided but not more than 25%) of the sale and fees for any materials we supply such as printing off prints, framing etc.
The reason for this post is because there seems to be some misconceptions as to the idea, which was just recently presented to us and has been successfully implanted in other areas of the country. We are an organization that is about the community and we felt this would be a valued service we could offer. For those who are unsure, we also have no problem with setting up a contact with clear conditions outlining the details for artist.
Please, if you would like clarification, feel free contact us directly: Chambers (aka LavaIce) or Stopchick.
Well, it's officially over. The last day went along much better except for what has become to be expected of getting off to a rather late start. We were off and running with photos soon after getting parked which was great. I got a special treat right off the bat, running into no other than Ryoko and Washu who I was able to get a photo with. Other than that the day progressed fast and before long we were packing up and headed for a Sushi Party. Old friends and new friends meet at the local sushi place and had a great dinner. Currently we are getting ready for a little post Con party before the driving begins to get home tomorrow.
Well today is the last day. Yesterday had it's ups and downs. We got off to a really slow start due illness to and foot pain. As we started to explore for food things started to pickup again as we found a wonderful group trying to promote their artwork though the use of Cosplay, be sure to check out the review for more on that later. In any case we broke out the convention center and enjoyed the harbour area. We ended up putting off dinner until much later which turned out to be a blast because we had the best waitress at the Chicago Uno.
That's it for now Day 3 is beckoning to become a great day at Otakon.
